WHAT'S FOR BREAKFAST?

HELLO HEALTHY!! I wanted to share my breakfast with you this morning Tofu Scrambled with veggies and Ezekiel bread with hazelnut butter. I sauteed garlic, broccoli, asparagus and tomatoes. I added my tofu scramble as I've shown you before and POW quick breakfast! Quick because I prepare my veggies ahead of time. =)) Best mom tip ever...buy, cut and cook your organic veggies ahead of time store them in the freezer or fridge depending on how soon you will cook and chop your cooking time in half!!! What are you having for breakfast this morning? I hope you're putting something healthy in your mouth every three hours. OH and my cup of hot water. PLEASE rid yourself of stimulants they are no good for you. You'd be surprised how one cup of hot water in the morning can make you feel just as refreshed.

  1. I had a delicious egg white omelette with veggies. I'm not sure about tofu lol..

    1. HELLO HEALTHY!! LOL IKR!!! I swear before I became vegan I wasn't a fan of tofu. But after cleansing my pallete I'm so open to all things vegan. I'm going to write a post on cleansing your palette soon. Thanks for commenting sis!!
