Can I keep it real??

What happens when you have a baby then the things you overlooked about your DH now annoy the mess out of you??? I am a wife how likes to take care of her man. I mean a biblical wife lol. Now I have a prince my son, my cuddle buddy, my love Mister Big Stuff. He's exclusively breastfed and we cuddle at night. So since the birth of my son now I'm feeling extremely vulnerable. I have just looked at my entire life. My babies future everything. Our security, our safety. Its so overwhelming and one thing I know for sure I am DONE having kids lbs. I dont believe in comparing babies so I try not to compare husbands. I am praying and thanking God for better days. I am also claiming a God fearing male mentor for my husband I really believe it would make a world of a difference since he was raised by women. I have been blessed with married strong God fearing women who play no games I love them they have great advice. Lord your will.

A baby boy a decade later

Things are so different this time.....where do I begin. I live my husband, his mom and his sister. Wow round ligament pain, I worked till my last month, my baby refuses a pacifier, wont take a bottle, he reaches for me, cuddles with me and now he's 8months and although he hates car rides we stay on the move!!! Seriously something has awakened in me. I'm so happy to be a mom of an infant. I was extremely sick both pregnancies my insurance covered a midwife both pregnancies imo it's the best way to go. Both times I delivery naturally HOWEVER if a miracle happened and I became pregnant I'd like to see about an epidural YEP I SAID IT!!! I go back and forth being vegan. My husband and I were actually trying to conceive and ran into problems because of my soy intake. PLEASE limit your soy if possible eliminate it. My hormones were out of control. I kept getting a cycle. Like every  week to two weeks. After doing a little research I ate some meat and was preggars in a month! Yes I probably just could've stop the soy but I was also on vacation so I just decided to do some experimenting!!! =)

RAW VEGAN???

I've been thinking about introducing raw vegan to my lifestyle. It really seems intriguing. I came across Freelee the banana girl on YouTube and Lonijanes instagram. WOW what a commitment was my first thought but veganism is just that. I'm definitely going to consult my doctor and do more research. I'm going to start with replacing one meal with raw. One of the major reasons I'm considering raw is because I find myself becoming nauseous again after I eat. I experienced this when I wasn't vegan almost 95% of the time. Weather it be restaurant or food I cooked at home. Why is this happening now that I'm 100% vegan. Time for a food journal. HELLO HEALTHY have you tried food journaling? How did it work for you? I'd love to hear from you!

WHAT'S FOR BREAKFAST?

HELLO HEALTHY!! I wanted to share my breakfast with you this morning Tofu Scrambled with veggies and Ezekiel bread with hazelnut butter. I sauteed garlic, broccoli, asparagus and tomatoes. I added my tofu scramble as I've shown you before and POW quick breakfast! Quick because I prepare my veggies ahead of time. =)) Best mom tip ever...buy, cut and cook your organic veggies ahead of time store them in the freezer or fridge depending on how soon you will cook and chop your cooking time in half!!! What are you having for breakfast this morning? I hope you're putting something healthy in your mouth every three hours. OH and my cup of hot water. PLEASE rid yourself of stimulants they are no good for you. You'd be surprised how one cup of hot water in the morning can make you feel just as refreshed.

SWEAT DON'T SWEAT IT

I won't stay in anyone's gym for hours....for what? I will not kill my self on a dreadful machine NO THANK YOU!! This is my truth I'm not consistent with anything that doesn't make me happy. If I sweat when I'm in the gym that was a gold star workout today if not it's still red carpet workout because guess what I walked in and moved around somehow therefore I workout!!! Ok I do cardio no more than 20-25 mins. I switch to weights and I do 10reps and 3 sets of whatever I feel compelled to that day. It could be squats or a weight machine maybe even both. But I do what makes me happy. If something on the tv is good or my playlist is giving me life I'll stay on the treadmill. If I'm bored I split it up 10 mins on there than 10 mins on the bike. DONE. With my weights I use weights that accommodate me to get my reps and sets done!! I may take a class but I'm not staying in your class an entire hour. I'm sweating in the first half I'm out. For example Zumba for 20min and Yoga for 15min. WHOOOHOO GOLD STAR!!! I'll see you tomorrow! HELLO HEALTHY! What works for you? I'd love to hear from you?
